CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

To guarantee smooth operations and prevent fraudulent activities, our Cash On Delivery terms are strictly enforced:

• • COD is conditionally available on selected orders and pincodes only.
• • NIRNTH exclusively reserves the right to confirm orders via phone call or WhatsApp before processing dispatch.
• • Orders that are not successfully confirmed with our team may be cancelled automatically.
• • Initiating repeated fake or intentionally failed COD orders will result in the customer being permanently blacklisted.
• • Shipping logistics charges may be marginally higher for COD orders due to cash handling fees.
