FAILED DELIVERY POLICY
Logistics Accountability
If our courier partner reports a final failed delivery directly due to actions including:
- • Providing the wrong or vastly incomplete address
- • The customer intentionally being unavailable repeatedly
- • Refusal to accept the designated order at the doorstep
Then the following constraints apply:
• To initiate a re-shipment, the new shipping cost must be fully paid by the customer.
• There will be absolutely no refund allocated for the original shipping charges.
• Any future COD privilege strictly may be restricted on your account, protecting our delivery margins and time.
